Detail
According to the relevant data of the "China Jewelry Industry Development Report 2022", in 2022, the global production capacity of diamond cultivation is about 20 million carats, among which the production capacity of diamond cultivation is about 9 million carats, accounting for 40%~50% of the global production, and China is still the largest producer of diamond cultivation.

There are two methods of producing diamonds, high temperature and high pressure (HTHP) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD). China already leads the world in HTHP diamonds. In the 1960s, China successfully independently developed a six-sided push press to produce artificial diamond. In this century, with the progress of equipment and the maturity of technology, China has become the largest producer of artificial diamond in the world.
